Kohla is a raven black 15.2 hand Wyoming Flyhawk daughter. She is an imposing figure with exceptional bone as well as a substantial hindquarter. Her movement is the big flat fluid movement that her lines are famous for and she is appropriately performance proven in dressage. She is one of the quietest, sweetest mares. Her dam's lines feature Congo and Chingadero on the pedigree.

South River Kohla's pedigree is mostly Brunk with a bit of Government, old Midwest family and some Old Vermont. On her sire side, the horses were bred by western ranchers and so some Western Working Family also appears.  The same Brunk horses appear over and over behind her, giving their closely bred strength to her pedigree and breeding ability.

Tinkerbelle is sired by the wonderful Higuera Bandido and her dam’s pedigree nicely complements his pedigree. Tinkerbelle is mostly Western Working Family with some very good old Brunk and her dam brings in some of the Old Vermont blood and some of the older Government.

A beautiful black filly, OGO du Prix Provenance, was born to OGO Higuera Tinkerbelle at 5:00 am on Saturday Morning, February 26, 2005.  The sire of this filly is Caduceus Denver, a 16 hand black Morgan stallion.

Funquest Swallow is one of the last pure Funquest horses. Her marvelous heritage is of the Kansas plains working Morgans. Behind Funquest Swallow are excellent Brunk bred horses who went to the ranchers of the west. Funquest Swallows heritage are Morgans from Kansas and Oklahoma ranchers and Morgans going back to Elmer Brown and Richard Sellman, the cornerstones of the Working Western Family. All the horses in the third line of her pedigree were foaled in 1926 through 1948; this brings that solid old blood up to today very quickly, along with the heritage of those times for Morgans of working ability, sense, and good temperament.

Belle also has a strong dose of Linsley. This 15 hand, solid mare comes from pure Western Working Family stock. Her sire line goes back to the large and stout Romanesque. Quietude Holly is a rich source of Jubilee King for today’s breeders. Jubilee King is in her pedigree four times in the fourth generation and once more in the sixth generation. His daughter Paragraph, that great producing mare, is in Holly’s pedigree twice in the third generation and once in the sixth, giving her the greatest concentration of Paragraph’s blood in this century.

Holly’s parents (Courier x Caven-glo Ballerina) and grandparents were all bred by either Frances Bryant or Eve Oakley, those two excellent breeders carried on in the tradition of J. C. Brunk.
